Challenges on moms working from home tough but rewarding

I have to say that when I chose to work at home it was one of the most exciting things I could ever do! And now that I have been doing it for a little while I now see all the challenges that comes with working from home. You have no privacy, no actual time to yourself because everyone in the family relies on you because you are "home" not at "work"!
My biggest challenge is dealing with the kids, grand kids and all the in between. I thought working from home was easy, when in fact I found out it is one of the most challenging things you fight for. I don't care who you are I think everybody that works from home has these challenges as well. I have a desk set up in my room so I can shut the door anytime. The door doesn't mean anything especially to the kids. For them, the fact of knowing mom is home is all that matters. Not that she is working, but that I am home!
It is a struggle for me almost everyday because I have to be able to focus and in order to focus I need to be alone and be able to concentrate. So usually I am needed to babysit or to do an errand or we have appointments we need to make. My job as a mother just adds to the challenges of staying home and trying to make my business work. And if I can't get it done during the day I find myself up late at night. Sometimes I feel like what good is trying to educate myself on becoming a more educated "travel agent" if I can't even get some privacy and quiet time. I admit there are days when the house is so quiet I can hear myself think. I have dedicated myself and invested my time to becoming the best travel agent I can become. Challenges or not I am determined to make it work. I'm sure after all is said and done it's a matter of finding the right balance, whatever that may be for each individual. 
I am here to be able to give you " the client" the best vacation there is and all the amenities a travel agent can give. I want to make that family reunion as memorable as I can.  I want to make that honeymoon unforgettable and as romantic as possible, I want to make that group trip as unique and intriguing as I can.
